Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness shows aged 16. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, model, and sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she was just 16 after she quit her gymnastics. She was awarded her Pro Card just one year later, at the age of 17. Thus becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her university studies. In 2015 was an extension of her earlier efforts. In the past, she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her debut, establishing higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, she had won several fitness awards. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. Ariel completed her first six years in contest to earn her college degree. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage and took 6th place in Fitness Division. Having had zero expectations beforehand Ariel claims she was more proud of the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she competed with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train includes her lower back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving onto exercises. Ariel is extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
