Lis Wiehl (born September 19, 1959) is a famous American author, and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, previously an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She has also provided legal analysis for National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio show, The Radio Factor. She is a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl was a graduate of West Valley High School, Yakima. She was born in Yakima. She received her bachelor's degree from Barnard College, followed by a master of arts in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl served as the US attorney. She was the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She was "the assistant chief investigator of Democrats within the House Judiciary Committee at the moment of Clinton's impeachment." She was a law professor as a tenured professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle which she was the manager of the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 to 2001. Wiehl has worked as an analyst for Fox News analyst since 2001.
